How long does it take to design my site?
Our delivery time depends on your needs. If you just need a Simple Web Design Package with a free landing page – we can have that done in 3-5 business days. More complex sites, with more pages and features, take longer. Your designer will discuss your project with you and give you a better understanding of your target completion date based on your specific needs.
What all do I get with my site?
The features are too numerous to list here, but you get everything you need to have a fully functioning, good looking website designed by a professional designer. For a full list of what’s included, please visit our Pricing Page.
What do I do if I need a change to my website?
Our packages include content and design updates. All you have to do is contact us through the form on your website dashboard. This will open a ticket to our design team. When your ticket reaches the top of the queue, one of our designers will address your ticket and make the changes that you request.
How long do edits take?
Once you open a ticket, our designers will typically get to it within 12-24 hours. It just depends on the amount of tickets in the queue at any time. If you need your edits made more quickly, we recommend the Performance+ Package – your ticket will skip the line and go to the front of the queue!
How do I cancel my account?
We would hate to lose you, and we hope you’ll Contact Us before cancelling your account! But, in the event you do want to cancel, simply open a ticket from your dashboard and let your designer know and they’ll take care of the rest.
